開胃前菜 - 香醋 紅葉生菜翻茄青瓜甘筍芝士沙律
生菜洗淨,摘細塊,‘‘浪’’乾水;大肉翻茄用熱水浸一會,然後去皮,切塊;青瓜去皮開邊再開邊,去心,切條,用少少鹽醃一會,洗淨,‘‘浪’’乾水;甘筍磨絲。
加橄欖油
加香醋
加些黑胡椒和鹽
再鋪上芝士。
吃時先要‘‘lo’’ 勻啊。
