酥炸生蠔
酥炸生蠔
這個粉漿調校得一級好,
真是一級好吃!
材料: plain flour 6 tbsp
corn flour 2 tbsp
baking powder 2 tsp
oil 1.5 tbsp
1/2 cup water
一共炸了20 隻。
炸完後,剩下了這個份量的粉漿。
