青葡萄乾杏仁麵包 Sultana and almond bun

Ingredient :  80g cornmeal , 420g strong  flour, 100g milk,120g water, 2 egg (116g with shell), 7g yeast, 15g sugar,130g sultana. 30g chopped almond.



 Put all the ingredients(except for the sultana and almond) to a bread machine, let it run (knead) for 20min., put in the sultana and almond at the last 8min.


180 degree C, baked for 20/25 min.

I didn't brush it with milk or egg before  baking, as I want to keep it as simple as possible for this sort of daily diet.
