黑芝麻餡的湯圓
材料: 炒香黑芝麻140克,炒香白芝麻5克,砂糖 110克,水15克,溶牛油(salted butter)30克 (芝麻和糖的比例大概是: 芝麻: 糖 = 1: 0.75)
用這個餡做了湯圓。
