雪耳雞蛋杏仁露 - Almond drink with snow ear and egg.
先煲好雪耳,不要太多水,因為等一會要跟杏仁露回合。南杏磨碎連渣加水煲滾,轉慢火 煲15 分鐘,隔走渣滓,加入準備好的雪耳湯,加糖調味,再加蛋花便成。
